You might be navigating a difficult midlife transition, moving through a divorce or breakup, facing a career change, or still hurting from old trauma — and it’s affecting everything: your identity, your spiritual journey, your career, and your relationships. That’s what Compassionate Presence is all about. I’m an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, a certified Life & Wellness Coach, and a certified interspiritual companion and officiant. Most importantly, I’m someone who’s here to guide you through the tough stuff.

Using a blend of proven approaches — like Internal Family Systems (helping you gently heal your inner emotional wounds), the THRIVE Coaching Model, Enneagram insights, and spiritual companioning — I tailor each session to your unique journey.

You’ll get a safe, LGBTQ+‑friendly and interspiritual space to discover, befriend, and heal the hurt and confusion that’s been holding you back. Together, we’ll work through trauma responses, old beliefs, and fear at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

No cookie-cutter programs — this is deep IFS work, personal coaching, or spiritual companionship designed for your life and experiences. As you begin to heal and gain clarity, you’ll start to feel the weight lift. Clients often tell me they finally feel heard and understood for the first time in ages.

  • What can I expect from my first session?
    Your first session is a free 50 minute session where we get to know each other. You can share what’s bringing you here, ask any questions about the process, and see if this feels like a good fit for you. There’s no pressure — just a safe, welcoming space to begin your journey.
  • How is this different from traditional therapy?
    While I’m not a licensed therapist, I offer coaching and spiritual companioning that can support emotional healing and personal growth. My approach blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), the THRIVE Coaching Model, Enneagram wisdom, and interspiritual guidance. This work is often more collaborative, future-oriented, and flexible than traditional therapy — especially helpful for people who feel stuck, spiritually curious, or ready for change.
  • Do I need to be spiritual or religious to work with you?
    Not at all. This is a completely inclusive space — whether you're spiritual, religious, questioning, or recovering from religious trauma. We’ll always work with your values, beliefs, and comfort level. My role is to walk beside you, not to steer you toward any specific path.
  • I'm LGBTQ+. Will I feel safe here?
    Absolutely. I am a strong LGBTQ+ ally and have deep experience supporting clients navigating identity, trauma, and belonging. This space is interspiritual, affirming, and nonjudgmental. You’ll be met with respect, compassion, and care — exactly as you are..
  • What kinds of issues can you help with?
    Clients often come to me feeling stuck in life, navigating midlife transitions, struggling with self-worth, or carrying unresolved emotional or spiritual pain. Together, we explore what’s underneath those patterns — using IFS and other tools to help you heal, gain clarity, and grow into your next chapter with confidence.
