My Story
I know what it’s like to walk through seasons of loss, spiritual questioning, and major life transitions. Those experiences, along with decades of professional work, shaped my commitment to helping others heal, grow, and reconnect with their true selves.
I’m an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Practitioner, Enneagram Professional, Certified Life and Wellness Coach, and Certified Spiritual Director/Companion. Since earning my coaching certification in 2002, I’ve completed over 350 hours of specialized IFS training and have supported clients through non‑complex trauma, religious trauma, and life transitions. My approach blends IFS, the THRIVE Coaching Method, and dream work, tailored to each person’s unique needs.
Beyond coaching, I’m a progressive Rabbi, author, and educator. I’ve co‑authored Men and Grief, facilitated suicide loss support groups, and officiate inclusive weddings—especially for interfaith and LGBTQ+ couples. I also teach on Jewish mysticism, the Enneagram, IFS for spiritual growth, and interfaith spirituality.
My goal is simple: to offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your story, work through life’s challenges, and move toward a more grounded, authentic life. If you’re ready to take that next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
